A little Anxiety can be good, even the pro's get a little nervous.  Here are a few tips to help with the anxiety that sometimes sets in:


Know your material, practice it  in front of your peers, they will be kind. 

 Get to the event early, feel comfortable with your surroundings.

Meet a few people in the front row before you speak, all of a sudden you're not speaking to a strangers. 

 Stay organized and remember, you're the expert.
